Join us for a unique opportunity to take a glimpse into the brainpower behind New York State's newest football stadium and event venue, the New Highmark Stadium for the Buffalo Bills. Bringing such a formidable structure to life takes a great deal of detail, intelligence, and coordination between those involved. This lecture course will cover the structural system, and design and construction complications for the Bills's new home.

Travis Allen, P.E.

Travis Allen is a Principal and Project Manager in Walter P Moore's New York City office. With over 11 years of experience, Travis specializes in steel-intensive, highly complex, and fast-track designs for clients along the East Coast. He has extensive expertise overseeing the construction phases of large-scale steel projects in sports, themed entertainment, and aviation sectors. Most recently, Travis has managed the construction administration for the Buffalo Bills’ new stadium. He holds both a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida and is a licensed professional engineer in five states.

Aditya Potdar, P.E.

Aditya Potdar is a Principal and Office Design Manager in Walter P Moore's New York City office. With more than 11 years of experience, Aditya specializes in designing and detailing complex steel structures across the United States, including Allianz Stadium and Inter&Co Stadium. He is highly skilled in managing data-rich, geometrically intricate models and innovative designs. Aditya played a key role as the design manager for the Buffalo Bills’ new stadium. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai and his Master of Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Brielle Meyer, P.E.

Brielle Meyer is a Senior Project Manager at Cives Steel Company’s Northern Division in Gouverneur, NY.  With 9 years of experience, Brielle has managed the fabrication of large structural steel projects across the Northeast US, including the crown of a super tall skyscraper in New York City, a life sciences tower in Boston MA, a residence in Washington DC, along with several other projects in the greater New York City region. During COVID she managed the scope for the New York Islanders’ UBS Arena construction. For the past year, Brielle has been the Senior Project Manager for Cives on the Buffalo Bills New Stadium project, where she has spent the majority of the time on site to be able to interact with the full team. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering & Management with a Specialized Track in Construction Management from Clarkson University and is a licensed professional engineer in New York State.

Bart Kidwell

Bart Kidwell is the Regional Sales Manager and a former Senior Project Manager at Cives Steel Company’s Northern Division in Gouverneur, NY. With 13 years’ experience in Project Management followed by over 4 years in sales, Bart has been involved in the completion of a variety of heavy structural steel projects including hospitals, high-rise towers, arenas, and stadiums in the New York market. As the Regional Sales Manager, Bart was part of building and presenting the Cives-led team that successfully won the structural steel package for the Buffalo Bills’ new stadium, and has continued on to assist Cives’ Senior Project Manager throughout its construction. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Management with a Structural Engineering Track from Clarkson University.
