One Times Square Renovation Site Visit

The 118-year-old One Times Square, which was formerly the New York Times headquarters, is being modernized to become a visitor center for New York City in the twenty-first century. The renovation will consist of a museum experience that narrates the history of the building, the rebuilt New Year's Eve celebration, and its role in Times Square, and a new observation deck that offers guests an up-close glimpse at the New Year's Eve Ball. This event includes an in-office presentation by the Engineer of Record and General Contractor providing background information and highlights of the project, and a walking site tour. This event's capacity will be limited to 19 people. All attendees will be required to complete a waiver provided by Jamestown/Turner Promethean, provide their own PPE and will not be allowed to take or post photos of the site. Event attendees and One Times Square project team members will be welcome to join a happy hour sponsored by AISC following the site tour and presentation.

All participants must sign and return a waiver to admin@seaony.org by Tuesday, May 7, 2024. The waiver will be emailed to participants in their registration confirmation email. Participants will need to bring their own PPE (hardhats, OSHA compliant boots, vest, and safety glasses). Please note there will be an additional wavier to sign on site.

SEAoNY will accept refund requests made in writing no later than Monday, May 6, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. ET. Registration fees are not refundable after this date.
By registering for this SEAoNY event, I give consent for my photograph to be taken or presence recorded and possibly used on the organization’s intranet, internet, newsletters, board reports, and other organizational materials as needed.
