Kriton A. Pantelidis, J.D.
As a specialty A&E insurance broker and risk-management consultant, Kriton acts as a resource for his clients on myriad issues ranging from cost-conscious placement and enhancement of professional liability and other insurance to those arising from contractual, transactional, project-specific, litigation, and insurance coverage risks; by providing loss prevention education; and through zealous claims advocacy. Prior to Risk Strategies, Kriton spent 11+ years as an A&E attorney, litigating on behalf of design professionals through trial, handling contractual negotiations and other transactional matters, and acting as Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP’s Associate General Counsel. His goal is to protect clients as a strategic partner and support their growth through the aforementioned services, as a conduit for expanding business connections, and as a thought-leader on industry-specific topics: “A rising tide lifts all boats” while considered cliché, is an apt description of how he views his role.
