Presented by the NYC Department of Buildings Operations Bureau: This event will introduce a PW1 user guide updated specifically for DOB NOW filings. An overview will be provided of the DOB NOW application process and how to navigate the new user guide from documents to technical reports. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback about DOB NOW.
Learning Objectives:

Describe how to use and navigate DOB NOW for job and permit filings.

Explain the different filing types, terminology, and additional considerations necessary when filing jobs in DOB NOW.

Identify the different stages of a filing, from submitting the application to Letter of Completion/Certificate of Occupancy issuance.
