The ongoing pandemic continues to influence our day-to-day lives in ways we never thought possible. As we begin to reach herd immunity, and restrictions aimed at curbing the spread continue to be lifted, many of us are longing for a return to normalcy. But just how “normal” will it be? What have we learned over the past year, and how will those lessons impact our industry in both the short and long term? This year’s roundtable will explore some of these questions, and strive to foster discussion on what we see on the horizon as the new post-pandemic normal. A knowledgeable moderator will lead each of four discussion topics, and attendees will have the opportunity to rotate between each discussion. All attendees will be encouraged to participate by sharing their thoughts, experiences, and ideas relevant to these topics with each other. The four topics of discussion will be:
