Join us for the kickoff event for the New York Chapter of the Embodied Carbon Network, a series of organized events to empower building industry professionals to advance towards the goal of achieving a carbon-neutral built environment through the reduction of embodied carbon in building design.
The workshop will involve engaging discussion with design professionals from a range of backgrounds, where we will introduce the concept of embodied carbon, talk about the group initiative, and facilitate guided discussions about design strategies for reducing embodied carbon in design.
The workshop proceeds an evening lecture Embodied Carbon: Part 1, The Blind Spot of the Building Industry by Antony Pak and sponsored by AISC.
